We ship once every other week both w/in the USA (FedEx Ground, UPS, or USPS) as well as Internationally (USPS or DHL).

Due to the the contractual obligations to our artists, we are unable to offer refunds; however, we are more than happy to discuss store credit, and assist you with an exchange. You may return the item for future purchase credit within 30 days of your receiving the piece.
All Commission orders require 1/2 down up-front and are non-returnable/non-refundable.
