All of our shipments are double boxed, 100% insured, and art over $200 will require a signature.
In the rare event that the contents of the package be damaged, please take pictures of the damage to the box, the packing materials, as well as the damaged piece of art and email it immediately to firstname.lastname@example.org,
Expedited shipping or special requests will be charged at full cost.

Returns - Exchanges - Refunds
Due to the the contractual obligations to our artists, we are unable to offer refunds; however, we are more than happy to discuss store credit, and assist you with an exchange. You may return the item for future purchase credit within 30 days of your receiving the piece, and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
All Commission orders require 1/2 down up-front and are non-returnable/non-refundable.
