What is your shipping Policy?
We ship once every other week via FedEx Ground (National) or UPS (National), or USPS (International).
You will receive an email notification with shipment date and tracking information for all orders shipped via FedEx, and most via UPS. Pieces that are over 150lbs will arrive FedEx or USPS Freight, where the freight delivery company will call you to arrange delivery.
All of our shipments are double boxed and 100% insured. Should the contents of any package be damaged, please take pictures of the damage to the box, the packing materials, as well as the damaged piece of art and email it immediately to dezion@deziongallery.com, and we will refund full charges for the damaged item or send a replacement, if possible.
Shipping times range from 2-4 weeks. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as available.
Standard shipping is FREE within the Continental United States.
Shipping outside of the Continental U.S., expedited shipping, and special requests will be charged at full cost.
For shipping original artworks and limited editions outside the Continental U.S., please contact us to
discuss the best and most cost-effective way to ship your art. All
shipping and handling costs must be borne by the buyer. We use Fedex or UPS for
international shipping but we're happy to ship with any carrier you're
comfortable with. DeZion Gallery will not be responsible for import
duties and taxes required for international shipping.
